Steps to follow :

1)       After you click on the link ‘New Exhibitor’ on the left navigator band it will display the New Exhibitor's Registration Form. In this form you have to enter all the details like name of company, address tel., fax, email, contact persons etc. Fields marked with * are mandatory.  Any typo errors will also reflect in your virtual booth, so please verify the data before clicking on submit button.

 2)       The Company details not to be more than 880 characters including spaces in each box.
(You may use the Tools->Word Count feature of MS-Word to check this)

 3)       While registering, along with above details it will accept the file name of your company logo and two photographs that will appear in your virtual booth. Click on ‘Browse...’ button and select your image files. The dimension of the logo should be 120 x 90 pixels and that of the photographs should be 310 x 190 pixels each. (Max two photos can be attached.) File formats accepted are .jpg or .gif only. By attaching these images, only the file names will be captured.

 4)       The image files, one logo and two photographs have to be sent separately by email as attachments to images@steelworld.com

 5)       After clicking on the Submit button, you have to select the categories -> Main & Sub.  You can select multiple main and sub categories here. In case there are more than one main categories, please submit for 1^st along with the sub category, then come back and select the 2^nd Main category with its sub category.

 6)       For viewing your virtual booth, you have to register as a visitor. Click on ‘Free Virtual Business Card’ link, to obtain a visitor’s login and password. Then click on ‘Search Virtual Exhibitors’ . Enter the login & password so obtained and select the way in which you want to view the Virtual Booth, by Product Category or alphabetically on Exhibitor name.

 7)       Your virtual booth will be activated once we receive the payment.

            Indian exhibitors : Rs.5000/- , payable by draft, in favour of 'SANKET Trade Fairs', Mumbai.
         International exhibitors  : US$ 350. Payment details given in point no.8

 8)    For International Delegates, Payments to be made through Telegraphic Transfer (Wire Transfer).
